This is Unity’s EULA policy on refunds:

  • It was purchased less than 2 weeks ago AND has not been downloaded.
  • OR it infringes copyrights.

No refunds are issued by Unity unless those conditions are met. UAS Publishers do not handle any financial transactions nor do we control this policy nor have any access to your payments to Unity nor any interface to refund payments made to the Asset Store.
